#1 - Step One - Upload ShipStation Report

to open ShipStation, then click on "Other Actions" -> "Export Orders" -> and on format select "Order Numbers", then upload the downloaded CSV here.
#2 - Step Two - Upload CommentSold Report

to download a CSV report of all orders from CommentSold. (Make sure to be logged in before clicking on the link). Once it downloads upload it here.
#3 - Step Three - Submit
How to:
Once it's all done, click below to submit. The program will reconciliate the order statuses based on the files you provided, and will attempt to fulfill them.
